Both the contents and the programming platform are property of learningml.org. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the website and the programming platform.

The USER undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents that learningml.org offers through its website and, by way of example but not limited to, not to use them for:

(i) engage in activities that are illicit, illegal or contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal, apology of terrorism or against human rights; (iii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of learningml. org, its suppliers or third parties, introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that could cause the aforementioned damage; (iv) attempt to access and, where appropriate, use the email accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages.

Learningml.org reserves the right to remove any comments, projects and contributions that violate the respect for the dignity of the person, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that violate youth or childhood, public order or safety or that, in its opinion, are not appropriate for publication.

In any case, learningml.org will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through the blog or other participation tools that may be created, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations.

4. PRIVACY POLICY. DATA PROTECTION
4.1. Purpose of the data collected and CONSENT to its processing

In accordance with the provisions of article 5 of the LOPD, the USER is informed that, by means of the registration forms on the website, data is collected and stored in a file for the sole purpose of:

Learningml.org complies with the guidelines of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, which approves the Regulation of development of said Organic Law and other regulations in force and applicable at all times, ensuring the correct use and processing of the user’s personal data.

4.7. Minors

Learningml.org is a website whose purpose is the promotion and dissemination of Computational Thinking and Artificial Intelligence mainly at non-university educational levels. It is also a web application through which users can learn this type of content through practical activities. Therefore, teachers and students, many of them minors, are the most typical target audience for this website.

Respecting the provisions of articles 8 of the RGPD and 13 of the RDLOPD, only those over 14 years of age may give their consent to the processing of their personal data in a lawful manner by learningml.org. In the case of a minor under 14 years of age, the consent of the parents or guardians will be required for the processing, and this will only be considered lawful to the extent that they have authorised it.

4.8. Modification of the Privacy Policy
